As part of our transparency and compliance with the Dutch ANBI (Public Benefit Organization) regulation, the following information is made publicly available.

1. Board Composition

The board of the Heavenly Culture Foundation consists of:

• Chairperson: Apostol Georgiev Ormandzhiev
• Secretary: Yordan Ivanov
• Treasurer: Ruska Ivanova

All board members perform their duties on a voluntary and unpaid basis.

2. Statutory Objectives

The objective of the foundation is to strengthen individuals and communities spiritually and socially, through prayer, education, spiritual care and practical support based on Christian principles. The foundation is a non-profit and seeks sustainable spiritual growth and societal impact, both locally and internationally.

3. Remuneration Policy

The Heavenly Culture Foundation is a non-profit organization operating primarily with volunteers. The remuneration policy is defined as follows:

• Board members:
  Board members do not receive any salary. They are entitled to reimbursement for actual expenses in accordance with the Dutch volunteer scheme.
• Volunteers:
  All activities within the foundation are carried out on a voluntary basis. Where applicable, volunteers may receive compensation for travel expenses or material costs, as long as it complies with the financial policy and legal standards.
• Employees (if applicable):
  Should any paid staff positions arise (e.g. for administration, coordination, or media production), the foundation will follow market-based agreements and good governance practices.

4. Main Points of the Policy Plan (2024-2029)

a. Fundraising Strategy

The foundation raises funds through:

• Regular and one-time donations from partners and supporters
• Online campaigns, benefit events, and donation platforms
• Strategic collaborations with churches, NGOs, and private donors
• Public and private grants for social or educational projects

b. Asset Management

All financial assets are managed responsibly by the board, under an annual policy review and in accordance with transparency, accountability, and legal compliance.

c. Spending of Funds

Funds are primarily spent on:

• Educational and spiritual programs (courses, conferences, schools)
• Digital media content (videos, podcasts, livestreams)
• Local outreach and community support (food, clothing, prayer lines)
• Rent, technical equipment, and required facilities
• Support of volunteers and outreach teams
